Camera-Ready Coaching is Ryder Recomp’s private, online body composition program for actors, musicians, and creative professionals who require visible, refined results that hold up in real life, on camera, and under scrutiny.

This is not general fitness or short-term conditioning. It is a structured physique development process designed to reduce body fat, enhance lean muscle definition, and refine overall physique balance through precision training and nutrition.

All coaching is delivered online and led directly by Hudson Ryder, MS (Kinesiology). Every decision is grounded in applied exercise science and physiology—not trends, templates, or generic programming.
