Meet Hudson Ryder, MS
Ryder Recomp was founded to solve a problem many disciplined, high-performing women face: doing “all the right things” yet never achieving the lean, defined, camera-ready physique they want.
I’m a Master’s-educated coach in Kinesiology, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach, specializing in body recomposition—the process of reducing body fat while building or preserving lean muscle. My approach is rooted in physiology and applied science, not trends, and emphasizes precision training, targeted nutrition, and structured progression rather than extremes or quick fixes.
Many of the women I work with come from Pilates, barre, or class-based training backgrounds. Others are professionals, brides, or on-camera clients who need their physique to look polished, consistent, and camera-ready—not just “fit.” What they share is discipline, commitment, and frustration with methods that plateau, over-diet, or prioritize the scale instead of actual body composition.
Ryder Recomp coaching is fully individualized. Training and nutrition are designed around each client’s physiology, lifestyle demands, timeline, and aesthetic goals, with an emphasis on sustainability and long-term results. The objective is not a short-term transformation, but a lean, confident physique that holds—through stress, travel, events, and real life.
This coaching is application-only to ensure alignment, standards, and the level of support required for meaningful results. If accepted, clients can expect a structured, evidence-based process designed to produce visible muscle definition, improved body composition, and a refined, camera-ready look—without crash dieting or guesswork.
Our Coaching Standards
Whether preparing for a wedding, photoshoot, or on-camera work, coaching emphasizes symmetry, muscle tone, and polish. Results are built methodically so they hold through the final weeks—not just temporarily.
