Meet Hudson Ryder, MS

Ryder Recomp was founded to solve a common problem among disciplined, high-performing creatives: doing everything “right” yet never achieving a lean, defined, camera-ready physique that consistently translates on screen.

I’m a Master’s-educated coach in Kinesiology, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach, specializing in body recomposition—the process of reducing body fat while building or preserving lean muscle. My approach is rooted in physiology and applied science, not trends. It prioritizes precision training, targeted nutrition, and structured progression over extremes, guesswork, or short-term fixes.

Most clients I work with are actors, musicians, performers, or creative professionals whose appearance is evaluated under lighting, lenses, and movement. Others are simply high-expectation individuals who want their physique to look intentional, sharp, and consistent—not just “fit.” What they share is discipline, commitment, and frustration with methods that plateau, rely on excessive restriction, or focus on scale weight rather than actual body composition.

Ryder Recomp coaching is fully individualized. Training and nutrition are designed around each client’s physiology, workload, recovery capacity, timeline, and aesthetic goals. The emphasis is on sustainability and repeatability—building a physique that holds up through rehearsals, shoots, travel, stress, and real life.

This coaching is application-only to ensure alignment with the standards, structure, and level of execution required for meaningful results. Clients who are accepted can expect a disciplined, evidence-based process designed to produce visible muscle definition, improved body composition, and a refined, camera-ready look—without crash dieting or trend-driven approaches.

Our Coaching Standards

Whether preparing for a photoshoot, performance, or on-camera work, coaching emphasizes symmetry, muscle definition, and visual polish. Results are built methodically so they hold through demanding timelines—not just temporarily.
